TREE MOSS

Tree moss, Climacium dendroides

This is a beautiful terrarium plants. It looks like a mini tree/ It is one of my favorite terrarium moss.

About to take care of them:

the below googled searched is partially wrong.

“The species thrives in moist, well-drained environments with indirect light, making it suitable for indoor cultivation. Special care should be taken to maintain consistent humidity and to avoid direct sunlight, as tree climacium moss may dry out or become scorched.”

Here is the points based on my experience:

It needs constent humidity.

waterlog is ok.

Close terrarium is the most easy method to let them grow, without worrying about the humidity. If you choose outdoor, an easy way is putting them in hypnum moss (providing water spraying 3 times daily, but as long as the hypnum moss is ok they will be ok) .
