The plant in the photo is 'White Wonder' - Ivy - Hedera helix.
This is a rare and beautiful plant.
This is a terrarium built with it and two saxifraga plants.

That ivy looks a little weird because it is a cutted one. I cut its branches for propagation.

When I wrote this post, I have had several new pots of white ivy successfully.
Please note: this is rainy season in my place. There are sunny days but overall, it has lots of rainy days here.
How I do: I place the white ivy in shade, together with my ferns to make sure it is watered daily. In 1-2 weeks, new roots come out (please check my below photos).
If your area is dry, I recommend you put it in a greenhouse (the main purpose is keeping moisture).
Then as the video show cut them and plant the cuts in pots. When it gets stronger and larger, you can repot them as you like.
